Scope of Work The City of Cupertino Innovation & Technology Department is seeking a vendor for developing and implementing a Citywide AI Chatbot Solution and ongoing support services. The work includes needs assessment and planning; ingestion and integration of City content and systems; chatbot deployment and configuration; user experience, accessibility, administration, analytics, and security requirements; model evaluation and monitoring; and training and technical support. The deployment will begin with internal staff testing in a sandbox environment before ultimately scaling to a full resident-facing deployment. The vendor will collaborate with City staff and other partners throughout the project. A detailed description of all tasks, requirements, and service levels is provided in Exhibit A – Service Level Agreement
