Scope of Work The City of Cupertino invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for project management, construction management, and inspection/materials testing services in support of the City’s 2026 Pavement Management Program. The City seeks to engage a firm with demonstrated experience, technical expertise, and sufficient resources to perform the services outlined in this Request for Proposals. The Consultant will be responsible for providing professional pavement management services, including the use of the StreetSaver software platform. The objective is to assist the City in maintaining, updating, and optimizing its PMP to effectively prioritize roadway maintenance and rehabilitation efforts.
