Scope of Work The City of Cupertino invites proposal submittals from qualified consultants to provide project management, construction management, and material testing services for the Photovoltaic Systems Design and Installation Project (CIP#2025-02). The City is looking to hire a firm with the necessary experience, qualifications, expertise, and resources to provide the services outlined in this Request for Proposal. The Consultant scope of services may include, but is not limited to project management throughout all phases of design and construction of the Design-Build Entity’s (DBE) scope of work including but not limited to attendance at weekly meetings, pre-construction activities, schedule and budget management, procurement review and advice, permit application support, review of submittals, change order management, field inspection and documentation, material testing, progress payments, and project closeout. The City will review the proposals received and select the best qualified consultant. **To receive project updates, including but not limited to Addenda, you must be registered as a plan-holder.
