Scope of Work The City is interested in contracting with a Consultant that will provide construction management, inspection, and material testing services during construction of the Project. The City is seeking Consultants with engineering, construction management, inspection, and material testing experience with transportation projects with similar scopes and have a team that consist of a Resident Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a construction inspector with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The Consultant shall have experience managing Federal-Aid projects for other agencies and be thoroughly experienced with Caltrans’ Local Assistance Procedures Manual Chapter 16 “Administer Construction Contracts.”
