Scope of Work The City of Cupertino (City) invites proposal submittals from qualified contractors to provide Compliance assessment and assistance concerning the City’s Single‐Use Disposable Food Ware Ordinance (the Ordinance). In September 2022, the City passed the Ordinance regarding allowable types of single‐use disposable food ware and requiring reusable food service ware for dining in. The City is seeking to secure a firm that has the required experience, qualifications, expertise and resources to perform the single‐use food ware ordinance compliance services identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024‐EP02.
