Scope of Work The Vendor will perform under the general direction of the Public Works Department and consult with other City personnel in procuring Cupertino’s target of 2,722 tons per year for 2025, and 2026 as well as arrange for application of the compost or mulch that meets the requirements of SB 1383 on farms in Santa Clara County or other counties in California. Eligible biomass electricity and renewable gas can also be used towards the procurement target. The scope of work also includes climate impact reporting data.
