Scope of Work The City of Cupertino (“City”) invites proposals from qualified consultants in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide professional services to deliver a waste characterization study. The waste characterization study will encompass single-family, multi-family, commercial, and municipal sectors and include examination of all waste streams (garbage, recyclables, and organics). Conducting waste characterization studies every 4-5 years is an action item in the City’s Climate Action Plan 2.0 under item W 1.11.
