Scope of Work The City will require the Consultant to operate under the general direction of the City Manager’s Office and work closely with the Cupertino Office of Emergency Management. The Consultant will consult with various City Departments, Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, Santa Clara County Fire Department, regional utility providers, as well as the Santa Clara County Operational Area regional stakeholders to provide the necessary tabletop design services to include planning, design, development, execution, and reporting. The scope of work includes an analysis of current emergency response capabilities, a tabletop exercise series, and recommendations for inclusion in the revision of the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). Preliminary details, deliverables, and milestones are outlined in the comprehensive RFP package. The City expects the Consultant to provide staff who will work onsite and offsite as required to support the City while interacting with City consultant(s), industry experts(s) or other agencies.
